Camu Camu is nNative and grown in the Amazon Rainforest in Peru and Brazil.
It contains 30-60 times more Vitamin C than an orange. It also contains nutrients such as amino acids, valine, leucine, and serine. It is rich in flavonoids (which provides health benefits against cancer and heart diseases)
It is 4-5 times more expensive than comparable fruit pulps and concentrates. The fruits are locally collected, frozen, and shipped to Lima than export via ocean freight.
